N3FJP's 10 - 10 QSO Party Contest Log 3.0 is Now Available!

Home News

Hi All,

The next contesting software program in my C#.NET rewrite project is now available!

10 - 10 QSO Party Contest Log 3.0 is Now Available!

You'll find the new 10 - 10 QSO Party Contest Log software here:

http://www.n3fjp.com/1010qsoparty.html

This program supports the following contests:

10-10 Winter Phone
10-10 Spring DIG
10-10 Spring CW
10-10 Summer Phone
10-10 Sprint
10-10 Fall CW
10-10 Fall DIG

As always, upgrades are free to registered users. Of course this includes our N3FJP Software Package users!

Until this new C#.NET rewrite has a contest under its belt, you'll find both the new version and the older, tried and true VB6 version on the web site. 10 - 10 QSO Party Contest Log 3.0 is brand new, better, has additional features not found in the VB6 version and represents the future of N3FJP Software. While the new, C#.NET versions already released this year have performed very well, this will be the first use as applied specifically to this contest. It's always possible that a contest specific bug or two remain to be found, so I want to give you the option of using the VB6 version if you prefer.

Back to the Contesting Applications!

The 10 - 10 QSO Party Contest Log is the first contesting application I've been able to complete since I released the C#.NET rewrite of my general logging program, Amateur Contact Log in early August. Since AC Log's release, I've been quite busy with e-mail support, as folks have been getting used to the new version, but I'm hopeful that will scale back soon, so I can continue to move forward with the rewrite of the contesting applications. All the major contest rewrites have already been completed, but I still have approximately 25 rewrites remaining, mostly state QSO parties. Lord willing, If I can complete a program every two weeks on average, I still have about a years work ahead on the rewrites.

And in response to the questions we always receive when we neglect to include the following in our e-mail announcements...

Package Upgrade Information...

If you have registered one or more individual programs and would like to upgrade to N3FJP's Software Package or N3FJP's Software Package and CD for full use of all our Amateur Radio software, we would be glad to apply the amount that you have registered so far as a credit towards that purchase. Please send us an e-mail directly and we'll let you know your balance.

N3FJP's Software Package includes approximately 50 programs for contesting, net management, general logging and other Amateur Radio related applications. In addition to full use of all these programs, registered package customers are also entitled to receive free passwords for any new software that is added to the package and free upgrades to existing programs. You'll find all the details on the Register Now page at www.n3fjp.com.

Donations are Gratefully Accepted!

And in response to the often asked question for which Kimberly and I are very grateful...

"I know your upgrades are free, but I also realize how much time and effort coding these enhancements and new programs take and that your pricing policy doesn't fully reflect that. Can I send you something to show my appreciation for your continued efforts?"

Yes, thanks so much, your continued support in any amount is very welcome and deeply appreciated! You can use this page:
