What is PayPal?

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an e-mail address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Does it cost to use PayPal?

No. It is free to open and send money using a PayPal account.

Is PayPal secure?

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

I sent a registration through PayPal for your software, and I haven't heard anything from you.

If you are using an e-mail or SPAM filter, please be sure that you are able to accept e-mail from snkdavis@aol.com. We respond to ALL e-mail received within 24 hours! If for some reason you haven't received your passwords after 24 hours, please check your SPAM filter messages and send us an e-mail. If you still do not get a response from us, please send another e-mail with your telephone number so we can get your password to you.

Did you receive a Receipt of Payment from PayPal with a Transaction Detail? If not, your registration did not go through. You will receive a notice from PayPal usually within minutes of your transaction, and we will receive your Notification of Payment for your registration. We process transactions within 24 hours of receipt.

If you did receive a Transaction Detail from PayPal, please copy and paste the information into an e-mail, send it to us, and we will contact PayPal concerning your order. Your Transaction Detail should have the date, time, e-mail address (snkdavis@aol.com), and the amount which was paid with a Transaction Number.

If you did not receive a Transaction Detail, please try PayPal again (see bottom of this page), or you may send your registration via regular mail. Our address is:

Help! The contest is this weekend, and I need a password for your program. I can't get through to PayPal!

Contact PayPal directly (see directions below), or please e-mail us, and let us know you are going to send your registration via regular mail. If you would like a password in advance for a program so you can work the contest, we will forward it to you.

I can't access PayPal through your website. What do I do now?

Try going directly to the PayPal site https://www.paypal.com/. To register our software, just enter our e-mail address (snkdavis@aol.com) as the person you wish to Send Money to and the amount you wish to send.

How do I contact PayPal directly?

If you have questions about security, cookies not being accepted or enabled, clicking "Continue" and nothing happens, etc., please contact PayPal directly. We use PayPal as a service just like you, and we can't answer the above questions. Go to https://www.paypal.com/ and click on the Help Link in the top right hand corner of the page. From there you can browse through a list of question and answer topics. You may also click on the "Contact Us" link which will lead you to an e-mail form after you choose several topics of discussion and click the "Continue" button.
